Usually we require an advance payment. For orders with a small or medium quantity, we will ship the goods within one working day after confirming the payment in advance (weekends and legal holidays will be postponed accordingly). For large orders, the terms will be negotiated separately.
There is no significant difference in the quality of our products from different batches. If there are special requirements, please consult with the regional manager.
We will try our best to meet your requirements based on your quantity and existing packaging specifications.
For intended customers, usually 10 g of free samples can be provided for each product. For regular customers, if necessary, please consult with your regional manager.
We usually use Shentong, EMS, rail transportation, and air transportation. If you want to use other shipping methods, please consult with your regional manager.
Our sales department will always follow up on the shipment of the goods until they arrive safely at your place and your place verifies that there are no problems with the products.
